Spring 2009 REGISTRATION

Saturday Jan. 17th- 11:00 am to 3:00 pm

Sunday Jan. 18th – 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm

LOCATION: Bear Creek Park Complex 2 near the concession area (Eldridge Parkway and War Memorial)
COST: Registration is $80 per player, $45 for each additional player from the same household.
Late Registration (Beginning January 26st) is $90 per player, $50 for each additional player from the
same household. Each Player is required to participate in our Fundraiser (Raffle). $40.00 Pre-pay.
SEASON INFORMATION: Spring Season is scheduled to begin Saturday, February 21st thru May 16th.
Please check the back for tryout dates by division.

Parents all girls are required by ASA to wear a helmet with a face guard
that is NOCSAE approved. If you are purchasing helmets for your
girls please make sure that you also get the face guard.
Again they need to be stamped NOCSAE .
