Players and Parents check this site out, this is something that we are looking into as a possiblity for spring break 2009. It looks like it will either be Cocoa Florida or the Ripken Experience in SC. We would most likley drive if we attend the Ripken Experience, we could rent 15 passenger vans and make the drive and parents attending could also take some players down to SC. If we would attend Cocoa, I would say that we would fly . Not sure what the prices of flights would be , thats a scary thought. I looked into charter buses and they were at a much much more higher price than I thought to both SC and Florida .
The Ripken Experience is $50.00 per person a night , but NO MEALS. Cocoa is either $65.00 or $61.00 depending on how meals we want each day. At the Ripken Experience we would stay in Condos 5 players per condo, or 4 players per hotel room. At Cocoa it would be 4 players per hotel room.
Parents of returning letterman and varsity players, please give my thoughts and feelings on the spring break trips.
Thanks
Coach Broskie
