Following on from their victorious arrival as joint eds last year, Jase & Tom have proved it wasn't a fluke. Yes, Blubber2003(TM)was just as crap as last year's effort! Seriously, another fine effort from the dream team, although this year's hard work only served to emphasise the issue they came across last year, namely material, or, more precisely, the lack of it.
This year saw some welcome new members entered in to the select group that is Blubber contributors, but more will be needed if Blubber is to continue to be a relevant tome for all Whales, old and new.
