Player Registration Steps

• Read WFFSC Code of Conduct (Go to WFFSC Home Page and then to Handouts and look for Code Of Conduct).
• Open up the electronic registration database using the appropriate link given below. DO NOT USE ANY PREVIOUS LINKS THAT YOU MAY HAVE BOOKMARKED SINCE A NEW DATABASE IS USED FOR EACH SEASON. The page will provide instructions that follow these steps.
• First check to see if player is already in database. Players who played previously have already been added. Select the link 'Click here to Register a Returning Player'. Enter the last name and birthdate to see if the player already has been entered in the database.
• If the player is not in the database, then select the link 'Click here to Register a New Player'.
• In either case, enter in data for all fields marked with the red *. There is a lot of required data, but this is not under our control. It is under the control of Soccer RI. You must enter the proper address, phone numbers, email addresses, emergency phones, and known medical information. For other information, if you feel uncomfortable providing it, you may enter NA.            
• Once all the data has been entered, select the link at the bottom of the database page 'Submit Registration Information'. You will be asked to verify some of the data before proceeding.
• At this point you will go to a "Player and Payment Summary Page" where the fees are provided (see information below about fees).
• If this is the last player to be registered, select the link 'Proceed to Payment Solution'. Appropriate reductions for multiple players should be accounted for in the fees.
• If you want to register another player, select the appropriate link for new or returning player.
• Once you have registered all players and have proceeded to the Payment Selection page, then select one the options. You may pay with credit card (preferred solution, only Visa or Master Card accepted) or "Mail-in Check", and then click on the link 'Proceed to Secure Payment Page'. Follow the instructions for the payment method selected.
• Once you have completed the payment options, you will go to a page titled "Certificate of Registration". Follow the instructions on this page. This page should be printed. A medical release form will be printed as well. Please sign and return this with the certificate of registration along with a check, if that is the payment method chosen, to WFFSC in order to complete the registration. If the registrations include new players, be sure to include the required proof of age, typically a copy of the birth certificate.
