Whitefish Bay Little League: Registration Infomation

2009 REGISTRATION DATES

    Sunday, January 11th, 4-7pm @ Cahill Park  

   Thursday, January 15th; 6-8pm @ Cahill Park

REGISTRATION FEES

$160 per child for first and second child. $135 for the third child and beyond.

WATER TOWER SURCHARGE FEE

In 2006, we completed our new facilities at Water Tower.  In 2007, we added scoreboards.  In 2008 & 2009, we are planning to contract out to help maintain the facility.  We also have approximately 15% of the debt to pay off. With this in mind, there will be a $50 Water Tower Surcharge fee of $50 per family for the 2009 season. 

WAIVERS

If you live outside of Whitefish Bay and wish to play in our league you must fill out a waiver which then must be approved by Little League National. 

Residency Waiver  - Click for Waiver

This is the most common waiver and is used if you live outside of WFB, but your child goes to school in WFB and they wish to play in WFBLL.  Parents need to completely fill out section #1 and #4 of the form.  Your signature must be notarized.  If WFBLL participated in All-Stars (which we won't in 2008) your child would not be eligible to be on an All Star team.  This does not prohibit your child from playing on a WFBYB Tournament Team.

II (d) - Click for Waiver

The II (d) is applicable if you participated in WFB Little League while living in WFB and then moved outside of the Village boundary without a break in service.  This waiver would allow your child to participate in All Stars.  You must produce three separate forms of proofs of residence (as of 2007) from when you lived in WFB:

Driver's License, Voter Registration, School Record, Welfare/child Care, Federal Record, State Record, Local (municipal) Record, Support Payment Record, Homeowner or Tenant Record, Utility Bill (only counts as one form - for example, a gas bill and an electric bill do not count as three separate forms), Financial Record, Insurance Form, Medical Record, Military Record, Interenet/Cable/Satelite Record, Vehicle Reports.
