Whitefish Bay Little League: 2009 - Fields Of Dreams

Fundraising
Water Tower Park is a project run by Whitefish Bay Youth Baseball. The project, which is 99% complete, has produced a world-class baseball park with three fields and batting and pitching cages.

In 2006 & 2007 Whitefish Bay Youth Baseball raised over $300,000. In 2008 each family will pay a Water Tower surcharge of $50 to help payoff the debt. Whitefish Bay Youth Baseball will continue to work to raise funds.

If you are interested in understanding where the dollars for the project were budgeted and spent pls click on 'Forms and Information' tab to the left and you can download the budget for details.

Thank you.

Majors Field
The new Majors Field now faces Northeast and home plate is at the Northeast corner of the concession stand. All infields have been dug out and drain tiles added - also, the entire field is now watered by an automated irrigation system. Minors Field
The new minors field has been flipped 180 degress and the field now faces Northwest. The same as the majors field, all infields have been dug out and drain tiles added - also, the entire field is watered by an automated irrigation system.

Pee Wee Field
The 2007 Pee Wee field has seen some of the biggest improvements. Not only have the same infield drain tile and irrigation systems been installed, but the field has been positioned to allow for deeper outfield fences.
