North Babylon Place Finishers
Jake Smith finished first going 4-0 on the day pinning his first three oponents all within the first period and then went on to beat fourth ranked Will Parks of Longwood in the finals 5-2 to win his first tournament. Tyler Adwar put together a stellar tournament beating two previous wrestlers he had lost to the year before in convincing fashion to propel himself into the finals were he took second. Dominic Giamis wrestled with intensity as he went 4-1 on the day to finish third. Dominic's physicl style of wrestling has been paying off and turning heads so far this season. Tom Jasen wrestled well and really showed his true grit and never say die attitude as he battled his way to a sixth place finish. Rich O'Leary wrestled tough and fought off a tough shoulder injury to take sixth place in his first high school tournament.
