Summer Schedule
Here is the remainder of the schedule I sent everyone in March.
Training Camp July 17 - 19* WVC
H. S. Conditioning week July 24 - 28
High School Tryouts July 31 - Aug 2
H. S. Season Aug - Oct.
President's Cup Oct. 12 - 14 SLC
Turkey Shoot Tnmt Nov. 22 - 26 Las Vegas
Please encourage each girl to confirm when her high school team will be training and having tryouts.
Just a reminder Kurt and Linda are in charge of the President's Cup Wendy and Liz are in charge of the Turkey Shoot in Las Vegas.
We missed this June tournament because we didn't have anyone volunteer to take care of it.
The training with Jeremy will be at Valley. July 17 - 19th. The cost will be $100 each girl. We would like to get half of it ASAP and then the other half will be due the first day of the camp.
For training, we will only be training Tuesday and Thursday until the camp. I will be there for the Tuesday training sessions; Dennis will be doing the Thursday sessions if we have enough girls coming. He is in the middle of adding onto his house, and is working on it almost every day. It doesn't make sense for him to run a practice if there aren't enough girls there. Remember, we are now down to 13 players. We have enough prospects to complete our roster, but if you know someone that is really good, invite them to one of our practices.
Each of the girls should be working on conditioning and the kicking technique we showed them at practice. For the record, that session was the session where the girls shot with their highest accuracy EVER. Remember, we will only be practicing until the training with Jeremy. Then we turn the girls over to the High Schools.
