Game Cancellation Policy

(for U8 and older coaches)

a)  Notification via email to the Westside YMCA/FA referee assignor at 
assignor@westsidefa.com no later than 48 hours prior to game time. If email is not available, telephone messages can be left on the assignor's home phone at (501) 772-1012.

b)  If the visiting team is a no-show and sufficient notice is not received, the Westside should be allowed to reschedule a game against any opponent. But if the Westside team is the "no show" team, the no-show team should be accountable for referee expenses.
