GWSBL Playoff Format for Major Level teams

All squads competing at the Major League level are invited to a Double Elimination Post Season tournament which is run as the final games of the Greater West Shore Baseball League schedule.

There are two formats based on whether a Regular Season Championship game takes place.

Teams are seeded based on their regular season record for the entire season.

Major Post Season

GWSBL Playoff Format for Minor Level teams

All squads competing at the Minor league level are invited to a Double Elimination Post Season Tournament which is run as the final games of the Greater West Shore Baseball League schedule.

The teams are ranked by win-loss record and then by GWSBL tie-breakers as noted in the League Constitution. Seeding is then set for Seed 1 to Seed 8.
