Providing suburban Harrisburg, Pennsylvania youth with fair and wholesome baseball competition, a better understanding and appreciation of the game, and the development of applicable skills, the Greater West Shore Baseball League offers a supervised and scheduled program of baseball contests with special emphasis on leadership, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

The League is composed of four baseball associations: Cedar Cliff Youth Baseball (John Pastor, 903-2525), West Fairview Baseball (Roger Ozio, 480-3958) Upper Allen Baseball Association (Doug Marsico 329-9937)
