2012 Volunteer's Application (Click Here)
Volunteers that want to coach or work with a baseball or softball team at any level for the 2012 season (T-Ball through Seniors) need to submit a volunteer application.
Please download and fill out the 2012 Little League Volunteer Application Form. Make sure to note the desired volunteer position at the bottom of the form.
You can send the form and a copy of your driver's license to P.O. Box 5445 Salem, OR 97304.
