Welcome to the OnLine home of West Pinellas Little League. West Pinellas was one of the first Little Leagues in District 12 and is among the oldest Little Leagues in Pinellas County.
On this site you will find Division and Team information as well as game and practice schedules. Each team will have it’s own website displaying information pertinent to that specific Team.
Please make every effort to get and stay involved and to help build a foundation for our children to grow and learn this great game of baseball!

Congratulations to the West Pinellas Seniors who defeated West Pasco on June 3rd, with a score of 8 to 3, to become the 2009 Seniors Top Team Champions!  It was an amazing game where our Seniors beat the undefeated West Pasco team in a display of defense, offense and sportsmanship!  Thank you to manager, Pete Miller and coaches, Rich Balbin and Joe Abene for all your hard work and guidance. 

The team includes: Brian Balbin,Tyler Bates, Jordy Gardiner, EJ Gatliff, Daniel Hardesty, Dalton Hardesty,John McKnight, Brad Miller, JL Monson, Danny Murray and Wally Rasmussen.   

Our league is hosting a fundraiser at the Threshers game at Brighthouse Field on Saturday, June 13th.  Tickets are $16.00 and include all you can eat hot dogs, hamburgers, soda, water, ice cream and maybe even popcorn.  And don't forget about the fireworks!!!  It is also $2.00 Yuengling beer night.

WPLL retains $5.00 for every ticket sold.  So, please invite your friends, family and neighbors and support WPLL!! 

Threshers' games are lots and lots of fun.  If you've never had a chance to go to Brighthouse Field, you've got to check it out.  You can have fun there even without a ball game - the game is a bonus!!  The kids love it, they can watch the game, play in the fun zone or run on the grass on the berm.  There's something for everyone. 

Come out for a great night of baseball, food and fun for the whole family.  Tickets are available this Friday, June 12th, at 6:00 at Campalong Field.
 

The Top Team Tournament has not been scheduled yet.  The date will be between May 11th and Jun 3rd.

West Pinellas Little League is always looking for volunteers.

We need help with field maintenance, scorekeepers, concession stand workers, umpires, coaches, announcers,and league officials.  Just to name a few!
