Westerly along Bissonnet Street, crossing Highway 6 and FM 1464 to Obrien Road;
Northerly along Obrien Road to Canal Road (AKA Beechnut);
Westerly along Canal Road to the common West line of the Fort Bend Independent School District (F.B.I.S.D.) line and Grand Mission Municipal Utility District (M.U.D.) No. 2, also being the common East line of the Lamar Consolidated Independent School District (L.C.I.S.D.) and Fort Bend County M.U.D. No. 123;

Northerly along the common West line of the F.B.I.S.D. and Grand Mission M.U.D. No. 2, also being the common East line of the L.C.I.S.D. and Fort Bend County M.U.D. No. 123 and being approximately 450 feet West of and parallel to Mason Road to the Northwest corner of Grand Mission M.U.D. No. 2, also being an angle point in the boundary between F.B.I.S.D. and L.C.I.S.D., and also being an interior corner of Fort Bend County M.U.D. No. 122;
Easterly along the common North line of the F.B.I.S.D. line and Grand Mission M.U.D. No. 2, and partly along the Northerly line of GRAND MISSION ESTATES SECTION 1, also being the common Southerly line of the L.C.I.S.D., Fort Bend County M.U.D. No. 123, and Fort Bend County M.U.D. No. 122 and partly along the Southerly line of LAKEMONT SECTION 5, LAKEMONT SECTION 7, LAKEMONT TERRACE SECTION 3, and LAKEMONT MANOR SECTION 1 to the Northeast corner of the John Frederick Survey, Abstract No. 171;
