Atlantic League
The WMLL Atlantic Lg is for 8-9 year old boys and girls baseball. A pitching machine is used in this first year of WMLL play.
Pacific League
The WMLL Pacific League is for 10 year old boys and girls baseball. This is the first year of live pitching at WMLL.
Central League
The WMLL Central League is for 11 year old boys and girls baseball.
Note: Approx. twenty 11 year olds are drafted up to the 12 year old Major League based on skill level.
Major League
The WMLL Major League is the "signature" age level of Little League Baseball mainly for 12 year olds. There are also approx. twenty 11 year olds drafted up to the Major Lg every season based on skill level. This age level competes in the Little Lg national tournament in July and August that eventually leads to the Little League World Series in Williamsport, PA.
Badger League
The WMLL Badger League consists of 13 and 14 year old players and is played on a standard size baseball diamond with 90ft. bases.
Note: there are a few 14 year olds who are drafted up to play in the older Senior League if the 14's are currently playing high school baseball.
Senior League
The WMLL Senior League consists of 15 and 16 year old players (with any 14 year olds who may already be playing high school baseball). The Senior League season begins about 3 weeks after all the other leagues in order to allow the high school baseball season to conclude.
Softball Minor League
The WMLL Minor League for Girls Softball consists of 8, 9 and 10 year old girls.
Softball Major League
The WMLL Major League for Girls Softball consists of 11 and 12 year old girls.
Softball Junior League
The WMLL Junior League for Girls Softball consists of 13 and 14 year old girls.
Softball Senior League
The WMLL Senior League for Girls Softball consists of mainly 15 and 16 year old girls. This league plays only if there are adequate registrations to form teams.
Softball Big League
The WMLL Big League for Girls Softball consists of mainly 17 and 18 year old girls, although some younger girls may play on these teams based on skill level. This league only forms if there are adequate registrations and plays other area leagues. This is more of a travelling league.
