UPDATED FEMALE INJURY PREVENTION SEMINAR
Coaches, Parents & Athletes,
As many of you know we as Coaches have a tremendous opportunity to impact the health of our female athletes this season and beyond.
A nationally renowned speaker is coming to PDX for a weekend of education on The Female Athlete and ACL Injuries, Head Athletic Trainer of the WNBA Detroit Shock, Laura Ramus. She speaks around the country on Injury Prevention Programs for all Female Sports.
Please mark your calendars for Sunday, November 8th (Athletes, Parents, and Coaches); the attached PDF flyer will give you details. We NEED you to help us communicate this one of kind event in the state of Oregon; please forward this flyer to all female athletes and their parents as quickly as you can to encourage their attendance.

HS Tryout Information / Important Dates / Winter Clearance
Here's the information that was discussed at our recent basketball meeting. I've also updated a few dates. Our Winter Clearance date has come and gone, however it's still not too late to register for basketball. Please go see Mrs. Scheid in the Athletic Office and get cleared today.
All Athletes must go through clearance even if they played a fall sport. A Physical, Emergencey Form and Training Rules must be on file. All athletes must have your bookroom account paid befor this clearance date. See Mrs. Scheid to get cleared! She's in the Athletic Office.
