Little League Volunteer Background Check Form

Please be aware that Little League requires us to do a background check for registered sex offenders on ALL volunteers to the program. The attached Application (dated 2010) and a copy of your drivers license is what must be filled out and turned in before anyone will be allowed to Manage or Coach for 2010.
