The Coastal Carolina Girls Soccer Academy’s Elite curriculum is physically demanding and we want to ensure that all of the campers are physically able to participate without placing themselves in serious medical danger. In the best interest of a camper’s welfare we will NOT allow players to participate in any activities if they have not turned in their medical and insurance waiver prior to the start of camp. It is OK to send in a copy of your school's medical form if it is less than 1 year old and has been signed by your physician.

ABOUT COASTAL CAROLINA UNIVERSITY
CCGSA is held at Coastal Carolina University - located in beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC. With a challenging soccer environment and highly certified coaching staff, we offer one of the best training camps for all ages.
