Online registration for Spring 2019 will open on November 1, 2018. This year we will offer early regsitartion discounts for those players registered during the month of November, standard registration fees during the month of December, and late registration (including a $20 late fee/player) beginning January 1, 2019 through January 11, 2019 . All players must register online during this timeframe of online registration, as we will not have an in-person registration date; we will only allow late registrations after January 11, 2019 to fill teams if needed, and in that case there will continue to be a $20.00 late fee per player.
The link above will take you to our registration page, which will be activated on November 1, 2018 (you will not be able to register before that date). If you need to submit documents to us (birth certificates, volunteer forms, school enrollment forms, address verification, etc), please email those to email@example.com as soon as possible after completing your registration.
Registration fees remain unchanged again this year, and are as follows: Major and Minor Leage division - $150.00/player; Single A, Coach Pitch and Tee Ball - $130.00/player. We will continue to offer a $10.00 discount for children registered within the same family, after the first player registered within that family.

I am sure you all have noticed we have made some major improvements to our facilities this past year. We completed our infield turf project and dugout renovations on Henderson Field as well as dugout renovations on Beaumont Emergency Center Field (our Minor League field). We also completed the installation of new lighting on our Single A field.
While we have had many generous donations to our league to help us tackle and accomplish these projects, we are reaching out to our friends and families to help us tackle more improvement projects. We have established a Go Fund Me campaign for the league, as we seek to contune improving the ballpark for our kids.
These new improvements will be around for years to come and for many kids and families to enjoy. If you all see any additional projects you think would be worthwhile for our league to undertake to improve our facilities, please let us know.
If you are interested in making a donation to West End Little League outside of our Go Fund Me campaign, you may contact Drew Fillips or Brandon Brocato directly at these contact points: Drew Fillips 409-767-6299 or firstname.lastname@example.org ; Brandon Brocato, 409-781-6541 or email@example.com.
