REGISTRATION FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL CASH/ATM/CREDIT/PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED 

If paying by check, bring three (3) checks:

One (1) for Registration Fees

One (1) for Raffle Deposit

One (1) for Snack Bar Deposit

We will NOT accept one (1) check for all three (3)

In addition (2) *refundable deposit fees per player will be required at registration for
Snack Bar Duty $60 & Fundraiser $50.
*Checks will be held for refundable deposit fee 
   
   

You are required to work 4hrs Snack Bar Duty per player.

Donate •$40 Smart & Final Gift Card or $50 Buyout at time of registration and that will Complete your 4hrs Snack Bar Duty. 

MUST HAVE RECEIPT OF PURCHASE.

ALL GIRLS MUST BEPRESENT FOR SIZING 

All Paperwork & Registration feeMust be complete to register.No pending apps will be processed.

All ages are as of December 31, 2018 (6U must be 4 before 3/15/19)

Proof of age required for EVERYONE at registration (Submit copy of Birth Certificate)

Receive a $5 Discount for each Cameron Elementary School Student. Must show school ID. 

                                             Most Saturday games will be held at Big League Dreams Sports Park

(free for registered players )

Registration Fees includes

 a player uniform (jersey, pants, socks and visor or headband), Participation Medal, USA registration & Insurance, basic picture package, yearbook & umpire fees.

League fundraising pays for toiletry, chalk, balls, BLD field usage, lighting, etc.
