WCGS 2010 Spring Fastpitch Softball Sign-Ups

Come join one of San Gabriel Valley’s most competitive Softball leagues. Space is limited on a first come first serve basis! Register early to guarantee a spot and save money too!!!

Registration Fees

6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U,HS (16&18U)...$115*(All ages are as of December 31, 2009)(6U Must be 5 before 6/15/10)Proof of age required for EVERYONE at registration (Copy of Birth Certificate OR ASA Picture ID Card).Receive a $10 Discount for each registration during Early Bird Sign Ups in December only.  Receive a $10 Discount for siblings during regular registration only.

CASH ONLY – ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL.  NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR REGISTRATION FEE – NO EXCEPTIONS.

*In addition to Fees, two (2) $60.00 per player refundable deposit fees will be required at registration. 1^st $60 deposit is refundable after working a snack bar shift. 2^nd $60 deposit is refundable after completing a minimum of $60 for the Hit-A-Thon fundraiser.

 Checks accepted for refundable deposit fee only. Refundable checks will not be cashed.

(Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time to warm up)
