As a Team...Sometimes we need to talk a little more. So many times this season, we have given up a hit or a walk...and the pitcher gets so anxious to get back to work...that we start rushing into what Coach Bob calls "Brain Farts"...lack of concentration! Let's make a new rule...after every out recorded, or whenever a runner reaches base...infielders gather at the mound and talk with each other on assignments. Take a minute as a Team to assess the situation, make a gameplan...who is covering??? What base to go to??? How many outs??? How you are going to pitch to the batter...location...responsibility...PUT THE PLAN IN PLACE and work together always as a TEAM!!!
