 Welcome:

    Welcome to the West Carroll Recreation Council. The West Carroll Recreation Council serves the communities of New Windsor, Union Bridge and surrounding areas.

Monthly Meetings:

    The West Carroll Recreation Council holds meetings the second Monday of every month at 7:00 PM. The meetings are located at the Old New Windsor School / Library Headquarters, across from the New Windsor Fire Department. We welcome and encourage the community to support and participate in our monthly meetings! The West Carroll Recreation Council strives on community involvement!

West Carroll Scholarship Application:

    The West Carroll Recreation Council is now accepting applications for one scholarship in the amount of $1000.00. The purpose of this scholarship is to reward a high school senior, who has actively participated and/or volunteered in the West Carroll Recreation Council programs. Applications can be downloaded under our forms section.
