Saddle Club Park

Saddle Club Park is a city park owned by the City of Wellsville.  WJRC maintains the park as well as programs and scheduling.

There are parking lots off 10th street and off Pendleton.  Our park features 2 tennis courts with lights (re-surfaced in 2007), sand volleyball, a picnic shelter and a playground (new equipment added in 2007).  There are 3 baseball/softball fields.  Saddle Club Main, East and North all have lights and scoreboards.  Bleachers on East and North were replaced in 2007.  The East Field has undergone changes to improve drainage.  It depends on our Spring weather if they will be ready for WHS softball season.

Fields at Saddle Club Park are used by WHS baseball and softball teams for practice and games in the Spring.  Youth season's also help keep our park busy.  WJRC has added a new practice field for younger kids on the North side, off Pendleton.  Please respect nearby property owners property and park in the WJRC parking lots only.

Flag football practice and games are also held at Saddle Club Park.

Groups wishing to use the fields for kickball, softball, etc need to coordinate field availability with Curtis Wright, WJRC Director.

Our park also boasts of having the best concession stand in the area.  Mark & Melanie Messer and family do a great job of providing meals and snacks for players and fans at a reasonable cost.
