I am 6 foot about 240 about 50/50 with muscle and fat. I want to stay around the same wieght but I want it to be in muscle. I am trying to play semi-pro football next year and i wanna get stronger and basically in shape. I need a good diet plan and a good workout regimen to go by. Please Help!!!!

Use the 5sets x 5reps system for all you compound movements. Start at about 75% of you 1rm and add 5lbs. per week. When you reach a weight you can't perform all the reps with, change it to 5sets x 3reps and keep adding the 5lbs per week.
