workout regimen
|
14 yr old with slim build is seeking a workout program to build strength. Looking for suggestions where to start. Have free weights. Seeking guidance re: amount of weight/reps and muscle groups.

At 14 years old you are on the young side for weightlifting, but if you don't go to crazy you will be ok. If you need a great program try the general conditioning program at www.questformuscle.com. This site has many programs whether you want conditioning, power, mass, both, huge arms, bench, whatever.
