Hello. I am a 19 year old guy in college trying to start a second year of
weight training. I am 5'5" 120lbs with a 29" waist. I'm not fat but I'm
not flat either (my body fat percentage is about 12) I want to gain >weight and gain muscle and after a year of working out, I've done neither. Specifically, what all guys want.. bigger arms and a bigger
chest. My shoulders haven't broadened out fully yet. Does anyone have
any suggestions on how to eat right and lift to gain muscle so that I can
weigh more and get toned? I can only work out about two to three times per week. I'd appreciate any suggestions! Thanks!
