Tournament Brackets Tool (For keyword search, please click CTR+F on PCs or Command+F on Macs)
Use the eteamz Tournament Brackets Tool to create, print and publish your bracket, manage games throughout the tournament, and keep your fans updated.
Bracket types: Little League Double Elimination, Double Elimination, Single Elimination, Round Robin and Pool Play
Number of teams: Most tournament brackets can include up to 32 teams. Pool Play brackets can include up to 32 teams per pool.
Getting around: Under the Actions link in the upper right hand corner of a bracket, you can Publish, Print, Create a PDF, get a link to the bracket or go to the Tournaments Homepage
Getting Started
To access the Tournament Brackets tool, go to your eteamz admin and click Website Pages, then Tournament Brackets. From this page, you can add, edit, publish, view, print or remove tournament brackets.
Setting up Tournament Brackets (except for Pool Play)
From Tournament homepage, click Add a Tournament.
Step1: Enter the Tournament Info (all fields are required on this page)
Step 2: Enter your team names (no fields are required on this page)
Step 3: Enter the game details (no fields are required on this page)
For Date, Time and Location, you can choose from the drop down options, manually enter data OR copy and paste data.
For Location, you can choose from a list of Locations from your eteamz admin or enter an address. Only full addresses will be recognized for mapping purposes. To edit the addresses of existing locations, go to your Calendar, Locations folder in your eteamz admin.
Use the Copy icon 
to copy data from the first line to all subsequent lines. This feature is designed to save the admin time when entering data.
Once Game Details are entered, click Finish.
Your bracket setup is now complete.

Setting up Pool Play Tournament Brackets
From Tournament homepage, click Add a Tournament.
Step1: Enter the Tournament Info (all fields are required on this page)
Step 2: Enter your tournament pools (no fields are required on this page)
Step 3: Enter your team names (no fields are required on this page)
Step 4: Enter your game details for each Pool (no fields are required on this page)
For Date, Time and Location, you can choose from the drop down options, manually enter data OR copy and paste data.

To edit a saved tournament bracket, click on the bracket name on the Tournament Brackets homepage (pictured below).

Be sure to save any changes in each section before leaving that section (if there is a Save button displayed at the bottom of the page, you do need to Save before moving to another section).
Deleting
Deleting a bracket from eteamz: On the Tournament Brackets homepage click the remove icon. This will delete the bracket from eteamz admin as well as from the site. Careful, there is no undo!
Deleting a bracket from the site only (keep it in the admin tool): There are two ways to do this.
1. Click Publish next to the tournament and unclick the checkbox next to the page you want to remove the bracket from. Save your changes.
2. Each time a tournament is published to the site, a news item is created for it. To delete the news item but retain the bracket in your admin, go to News or Add a New Page (then Edit an item on this page) and delete the news item.
Customizing
Add or change a logo for your bracket under the Tournament Info tab. This logo will display on the published, printed and previewed versions of the brackets.
Customize bracket fonts, colors and lines and add images and text to the published, printed and previewed versions of the brackets - from Tournament Bracket homepage, select the bracket and click Preview/customize bracket.
Publishing and Printing
Under the Actions link in the upper right hand corner of a bracket, you can Publish, Print, Create a PDF, get a link to the bracket or go to the Tournaments Homepage
Publish brackets from the Tournament Homepage (click publish icon next to bracket), or from within a bracket (click Actions, Publish to site OR click Publish to My Site button).
Print brackets from the Tournament Homepage (click printer icon next to bracket), from within a bracket (click Actions, Print) or from the eteamz site (click printer icon).
Get a direct link to the bracket by choosing a bracket, clicking Actions, then clicking Direct link to bracket.
Create a PDF of the bracket by choosing a bracket, clicking Actions, then clicking Create a PDF.
Display the bracket as a link only by choosing this option when you publish to your site.
To preview a bracket, go to the tournament homepage and click the tournament name you wish to preview. Click Preview/customize bracket.
