LIONS STRENGTH ROOM

One of the most used rooms at ACS is the Strength Room. It is used daily by athletes from all sports as part of the Strength Training Classes offered. During the summer months the Lions Challenge takes center stage and nearly 60 athletes a day go through the workout. Head Strength Coach Keith Walton uses a modified BFS Program that is supplemented with input from Strength Coaches across the Nation. USC's Head Strength Coach Chris Carlisle is one such resource that has provided   insight into the changing world of Strength and Conditioning.

In the fall of 2007 the Lions moved into a new Field House Complete with 3 Locker Rooms, Laundry Room, Training Room, 3 Equipment Rooms and 3 Coaches Offices, a Concession Stand and Public Restrooms....
