-- Whomever left a white plastic bag full of girl scout goodies at practice Monday, please contact Rob Scanlan 337-2435.  Nobody claimed it Tuesday night or has called looking for it!

-- There is apparel for sale at practice -- short sleeve and long sleeve T-Shirts, caps, chamois towels... see Magean Koscinski or a board member at practice.

-- Practice over break:   We will continue practice over break EXCEPT for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day -- the school is closed those days.

-- The observation deck will be closed beginning Monday, December 22, 2008.  The building construction company is coming in over winter break to fix the bleacher height.  We hope everything is completed by January 1st!  No one is allowed in the observation viewing area until the project is finished.  The Board will discuss the possibility of allowing parents on the deck bleachers -- Insurance and Liability!!!  We'll let you know.... Thanks for your cooperation.

Parents:   Please note that you are not allowed on the pool deck (unless working a meet).   Speaking with the coaches during practice may seem convenient, but it disrupts the coaches and coaching of the other swimmers.  The coaches are asking that you communicate with them via email and/or phone, which will also allow them time to get their thoughts together and be complete in their responses.  As we move swimmers up to the C4 and CH levels, you will see a split in session responsibilities with Renee in charge of the first half of practice and Joe the second half.   In the future it may be possible to arrange for Renee to stay a few minutes after her session, or Joe to come in a few minutes earlier before his session.  For now, please use email and voicemail.
