Winnipeg Dynamo Kyiv Soccer Club has been given the privilege to associate itself under the auspices of the Ukrainian Canadian Congress-Manitoba Provincial Council; the UCC-MPC acts as a coordinating and representative body for Ukrainian Canadian organizations in Manitoba and Canada. The UCC-Manitoba Council Executive gave its endorsement and support to Winnipeg Dynamo Kyiv Soccer Club in the 2002 season. The support is further enhenced into the 2004 season.
