2013 Registration Forms
Fill out the Registration form (2 pages) and Medical Release form online, then print them, sign, and bring them to registration. Also, please read the Parent Code of Conduct and Deposits and Refunds Policy. (Note: when using Internet Explorer if you can not download the file when clicking on "Download now" in the popup window, then try right clicking and selecting "Open in New Window")

Volunteer and Manager applications
The Little League Volunteer Application must be completed each year.
If you are applying to be a manager in 2013 but did not manage in 2012, also complete the 2013 Manager Application. (NOTE: Those applying only to be a coach do not need to complete the manager application)
Return all applications to the League President via email to president@wdrll.com or drop them off during registration.
