Are you interested in completing registration materials necessary for League participation? A 'Player Registration Form' (PRF) and a 'Parental Code of Conduct' must be completed and forwarded with a copy of the participant's birth certificate and the registration fee during League registration periods.

  • COACHES APPLICATION - Are you interested in coaching a team in the WDMLPYFL? The League is currently in the process of identifying individuals to volunteer as Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches. If you would be interested in providing your services and leadership, please download the Coaches Application and Coaches Code Of Conduct forms, complete in their entirety and forward by 15 April 2017, to WDMLPYFL, PO Box 276, Norwalk, Ia. 50211. We will contact you with follow-up information for interviews once all applications are received. Feel free to contact the League with any additional questions at 971-0765. ***** NOTE: ALL COACHES WILL BE REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE LEAGUE SPONSORED COACHING CLINIC CONDUCTED IN COORDINATION WITH USA FOOTBALL'S 'HEADS-UP' CERTIFICATION PROCESS, COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE START OF PRACTICE SESSIONS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A TEAM ASSIGNMENT. These Training Sessions/Programs will be completed in the months of June and July. Coaches will be contacted with additional information and scheduled for said sessions when Event dates are finalized.
  • RULES & REGULATIONS - League Rules & Regulations are drafted by the League and revised and ratified on an annual basis. All participants and parents are encouraged to review the Rules & Regs. to develop an understanding not only for League regulations, but the intent behind the rules. Participant safety and a positive athletic experience are but two of the many factors considered and addressed.
  • TIGER FOOTBALL CAMPS - Valley High School Head Football Coach Gary Swenson (Iowa Football Hall of Fame Inductee with 6 State Championships to his credit)has compiled a staff of football professionals, consisting of coaches from the Jr. High to College ranks, dedicated to developing the football skills of young athletes of various ages.
  • CODES OF CONDUCT - It is the intent and objective of the WDMLPYFL to provide its general membership with a professional, comprehensive and successful youth football program dedicated to the ideals of productive youth-citizen development, sportsmanship and fair play. In order to achieve these goals and maintain an organizational philosophy consistent with that established and required for League membership, the Codes of Conduct were adopted to establish general guidelines and expectations for all individuals associated with the League in any capacity.
