WCOSA is an affiliated member league with SAY Soccer and a member of United State Soccer Federation (USSF). WCOSA is a fall recreational travel league for U6 thru U16 boys and girls.
The Association is made up of community soccer clubs from Allen, Auglaize, Mercer, Hardin and Shelby Counties. Our member clubs include: Elida, Shawnee, Wapakoneta, St.Marys, Bath, Celina, New Knoxville, Temple Christian, Allen East, Anna, Jackson Center, Botkins, Lima Central Catholic, Ottawa, Delphos and Spencerville
