Dear Parents,

 I would like to thank all the parents that have already volunteered their time for snack shack duty and or other duties as well; The Ways board appreciates your hard work and time.

If you were not scheduled to work the snack shack and would like to work  the 4 hours required for your $25 refund.  Please e-mail me at lizzg25@yahoo.com .  We still need volunteers for December 5 and December 12, 2009. Working hours are from 6:30am to 3:30pm. If you would like to do field set up with our Director of field and equipment (Mario) this shift starts at 6:00 am, he can really use the help and is highly appreciated.  If you are not available for the dates indicated above you may have someone work your shift for you.  Please note, this individual must be at least 16 years of age or older. Sorry, but we can not make any exceptions to this rule. If you would like to volunteer for other tasks we do need volunteers to organize trophies and year books for all the teams. This will take place on Friday night December 04, 2009. Please fee free to e-mail me if you have any questions or any concerns regarding your volunteer hours.
