One Liner updates
Team parents and coaches: We are getting a lot of questions about the One liners. Here are some general answers.
- Yes, you can still turn in One liners up until 10/20/12. We extended the deadline when the team pictures got pushed back.
- If you placed your team's one liners in the mail box, it should still be there. They were not collected last Saturday.
- We do need you to use the forms that were provided. We have to take all of the One liners and merge them into one document so that the yearbook printer can get them placed in the year book
- If you turned in your only copy of the One liners, you can pick them up Saturday 10/13/12 before 1:00 pm and then email them on the proper form.
- We do need the money in a check or money order and it needs to be payable to WAYS. (We don’t want any funds missing or unaccounted for).
- Based on the time lines from the printer of the year book, we should have enough time for the One Liners to be added into the year book if all directions are followed.
- We do need the One liners to come in for the team parents or coaches and not individual parents. - Parents, family and friends can by more the one, One Liner for a player.
- More than one page of One liners can be submitted.

One liners
WAYS One-liners
DUE by Saturday, October 20th via email only!!!
- The cost is $1.00 per one-liner.
- One-liners are short messages of up to 10 words max..
- They are from parents and family members and will be printed in the yearbook.
ATTENTION COACHES AND TEAM PARENTS:
- Collect your team’s one-liners on the form provided below and email them to Marty Eazor at martin_eazor@msn.com
- Advise parents that one-liners are to be submitted as an entire team, not individually. -
All Money is DUE Saturday, October 13thth or October 20th with one personal check or cashier/money orderfor all the one-liners that were submitted. If you are short we can’t accept the payment. Checks are to be made
payable to WAYS.
- Do not send a scanned copy. We need it in an email so that we can copy the text and paste the information into the yearbook. All one-liners must be emailed.
- If you have already emailed your one liners, we have to ask that you resend them in again with these up-dated instructions and forms and we apologize for any misunderstands.
Directions:
- There is a form on the next page to help you collect your team one-liners.
- Once you have the entire team’s one-liners email them to the Director of Communication, Marty Eazor at
martin_eazor@msn.com with the following information:
- Subject line of email: One-Liner and Team #, gender & division (example: One-liner 715# GU10)
- Submit the following information in your email:
-The Team gender & division (BU12)
- Team#
- Team Name
- Coach Name
- Team Parents name and phone#One-Liners
-Type the players first name, last name and then the one-liner.
- One-liner should be no more than 10 words.
