POP-UP AND TAP-DOWN PASSING

Players should be 2-3 yards apart. The first player passes the ball very, very high to the second player. Instead of catching the ball, the player lunges up and taps it back down as a wet pass back to their partner. This is repeated 10 times and then the passer becomes the lunger. It is important to pass the ball as high as possible but within range, so the lunger can reach it. Also, alternate which side the ball is passed to. Players should envision battling a defender for a loose ball and controlling that ball to a teammate
