KEEP AWAY PASSING

Players form a circle with one man in the middle, a little more than an arms length away. The players on the outside pass the ball around while the man in the middle lunges about trying to get the ball. Passes must be quick and accurate or the middle player will get the ball. After about 1 minute players should rotate and new player becomes the middleman. If the middle player does steal the ball, the player who threw the last pass now becomes the middleman. This drill is great for quick movement before passing and building leg strength.
