MAN IN THE MIDDLE PASSING

Players form a circle with one man in the middle. The middle player passes the ball out and then receives it back from the same player. He then turns to the next player and does the same. Every time the ball is passed to an outside player, they pass it back into the middle player. The middle player should be alternating both hands and should keep their shoulders out of the water at all times. As soon as one rotation is complete, a new player takes the middle position and the former middleman moves out into the outside circle. A coaches whistle can signal a direction change or the middle player can simply alternate to which receiver he/she throws to.
