GOALIE CAGE

Goalies start at one side of the cage with their arms stretched upward toward the top of the cage. They eggbeat from one side of the goal to the other side while keeping their arms up straight and their finger tips running along the top of the goal. 15-30 seconds rest should be given between each set of two (one count going towards the left, and one going towards the right). Always remember to have the goalies doing drills simultaneously while other players are working on other fundamentals.
