RELEASE DEFENSE
Set up a normal offense in front of the cage. There is one player who will move from position to position guarding the release for the ball and trying not to let the outside player get a pass from set and then shoot. The ball starts in 2 meters, and the defense start at the 1 position. The player at 1 tries to get a pass from set and then shoot the ball while being guarded. The defense then moves to the player at 2 and does the same thing. The defensive player must guard all five positions before he is rotated out.
