PRESSURE PASSING

Players should pair up and form groups of four. Each set of two should be 4-6 meters apart. One player is offense, one is defense. The offensive player tries to pass the ball to the other pair, while the defensive player puts a lot of pressure on him. The defensive player should play good defense and try not to foul. Once the ball is passed, the other pair does the same. Alternate between defending and passing and concentrate on throwing offensive passes to open heights and angles.
