OUTSIDE SEVEN METER SHOOTING
Players can arrange themselves anywhere outside of the 7 meters. Players with the balls are fouled hard by another player and then must get up quickly and take a shot on goal with no hesitation. There can be no hesitation when shooting outside of the 7 meters and players must be sure to aim for the high corners. Defenders must be careful to foul hard enough to affect the shooters shots, but not foul so hard that they hurt any of their teammates
