Put one player on each post 6 meters away from the goal. Put a passer at the 5 position with all of the balls. The two shooters will have someone pushing down on their shoulder until they finally sink. This is repeated 5 times. After being dunked 5 times each shooter will receive 5 passes that they will catch and shoot. The passer will alternate between shooters and give good dry passes. Rotate positions until all players have shot twice, once from the left post and once from the right post. This is a dangerous drill and should only be performed by players both strong enough and experienced enough to handle it. Please be careful.
