SIX POSTION SHOOTING
Players form a line at the 1 position with a field saver between them and the goal. Each
person shoots the ball, faking and moving as much as they like or not at all. After you shoot you become the field saver for the next person and then move to the end of the line. After everyone shoots at the 1 position the line is moved to the 2 position and the drill is repeated. Continue for all six positions. Faking is encouraged as well as cross-cage shooting.
