SHOTS FROM SET

Players are in one line in the middle of the pool, 8 meters from the goal. The 2-meter man should also be in position. Players will pass the ball 'wet' to the hole set and then drive to either side. Players can either pop-up and receive a quick pass and shoot at about the 3-4 meters or else continue driving and receive a wet pass closer to the goal for an off the water shot. This drill can also be done with defense working anywhere from 50-100% to increase difficulty.
