CATCH AND SHOOT

Players split up into two lines, one on each goal post, 6 meters from the goal. The first player does two or three fakes and then passes the ball to the player in the front of the other line. This player catches and shoots quickly. After you pass the ball, you stay in line and receive a pass that you will catch and shoot. After you shoot you go to the end of the OTHER line. Make sure the goalies are respecting the faking players before moving to block the real shot. Players should look to shoot quickly to upper corners and cross-cage. Shooters should not catch and think. Their shots should be reactive.
