The End of the Watchung Conference is coming with the new Super conferences scheduled to start in 2009-2010, The teams of the Watchung Conference will be split up by counties.    I want to take this time out to let everyone to know Its been a wonderful and eventful 12 years covering the Mighty WC.  I do not know what the future holds, and if this is going to be the last year of the Watchung, lets go out with a BANG!!!!

Former Watchung Conference All- State player Mike Gordon of Plainfield NJ has signed with an agent and will be playing professional basketball this coming fall.  I will fill you in with more when it becomes available. 

Also, Andrew Feeley is heading back to Japan for his 2nd season of Pro-Ball.  I will have an intervew with the Former Scotch Plains star in the coming weeks.

Graham decided on Pitt.
Elizabeth's Raymond Graham has decided on a school for the fall of 2009.  The 5-foot-9 running back is heading to Pittsburgh to play for the Panthers.  Graham decided while on a un-official visit to the campus this past saturday.  Congratulations Ray-G.  You deserve it!
