Arizona Regional's November 22nd Teams traveling to Arizona; Scott Hamilton 12-14 girls Matt Paige 9-11 co-ed Mike Charlton 12-14 boys Dan Nash 12-14 boys A lot of us are traveling down to Arizona to cheer on our Family of WASUP Teams, your welcome to join in. We will be posting our Host Hotel on our WASUP Facebook. You have until November 7th to book your rooms, we want our family of teams to stay at the same hotel. Good luck to all our WASUP Family of Teams.
San Diego Regional's 3 Teams From our WASUP Family traveled to San Diego, CA to Compete in the San Diego Regional’s. Bob Haberstock and our WASUP 9-11 Chargers John Yeager and our WASUP 12-14 boy Eagles Joyce Cheverino and our WASUP 12-14 girl Chargers John Yeager's Teams went undefeated in pool play, unfortunately in tournament play they came up against a huge talented Cowboy team. Bob Haberstock and our 9-11 co-ed Chargers went undefeated throughout the entire Tournament playing against a tough field of teams and WON the 2009 San Diego Regional. Joyce Cheverino and our 12-14 Lady Chargers went undefeated throughout the entire Tournament outscoring their opponents 113-6 , Winning the 2009 San Diego Regional. Both teams are back to back San Diego Regional Champions and will now be traveling to Florida in January, at a chance of becoming the 2009 National NFL Champions. Oakland Regional's
3 Teams From our WASUP Family traveled to Oakland, CA. The Regional tournament had some amazing competition, All 3 Teams played like true champions, after pool play all three teams were undefeated, and all three team went into the Championship round with high hopes. Although the 9-11 age WASUP Raiders coached by Gerry Garcia, played like champions and made us very proud they came up a game short when leading with 1:19 left in the game, the opposing team made a unbelievable brake away an scored to win the game. Dale Hinton and our boys 12-14 WASUP Raiders played and incredible game against a very good Cowboy team and with 1:00 minute left in the game, and driving for the win, they came up short. Grace Garcia and our 12-14 WASUP Lady Raiders played flawless and WON the 2009 Oakland Regionals. They will now be traveling to Florida in January, and a chance of becoming the 2009 National NFL Champions. Congratulation To all our WASUP teams, you all did a great job!!!
