This tournament has been extremely popular in past years and has always been a sell out, so get in your registration early and don't miss out on this Father's Day Classic. This years Classic will feature pool play in divisions 11U, 12U, 13U, and 15U. Each of the divisions will feature 2 pools of 4 teams. (except the 15U which will have only 4 teams) All of our games will be played at tournament headquarters, Rahlf's Woods Baseball Complex or Hoosier Grove. No across town field locations or field locations in other towns. Both complexes are less than a mile from each other and located in easy to get to Streamwood, IL. All teams will be guaranteed a minimum of 3 games, 50% of the teams will play 4 games and 25% of our teams will play 5 games and also receive trophies. Games will be umpired by certified and experienced personal, we also supply a tournament representative at each game, a full time concession stand with BBQ grill, offering all of your ballpark favorites, plenty of free parking and of course our very own Father's Day Home Run Derby for the Dad's. That's right, you can get your own chance to show your boys how it's done by knocking a few out of the ballpark. This part of the weekend has always been popular, and this years contest will surely be entertaining. Make sure to make this tournament part of your 2008 travel baseball schedule!! See you in June.   Sun 4/20/08 11am - 12:45pm TOURNAMENT - HIT SQUAD (Rockford, IL) (RED) The Rockford Hit Squad will host the 2008 USSSA Pre-Season Tournament on April 19-20, 2008 in Loves Park, IL. The winner will recieve bid to the USSSA World Series. (State tournament play is required to finalize bid). The tournament entry fee is $400 plus a $75 Pre-Paid Family Gate Admission. For those who have attended our tournaments in year's past, we have typically charged $5 at the gate for each adult. This eliminates the need to collect at the gate and will save your parents money. The $75 does not need to be paid until the beginning of the tournament. There is a 3-game guarantee (weather permitting). Each team will be responsible for one new baseball each game. The age groups are: 9u, 10u, 11u, 12u, 13u, 14u The winner of each age group will win a team trophy and individual trophies. Second and third place receive a team trophy. Forest Hills - Diamond #1
